The Dorel Juvenile Group ( Canada ) and Transport Canada issue the following Public Notice regarding the Cosco Grand Explorer Shield Booster cushion models 22-29C BVK, and 22-29C 0XF produced between February 1, 2003 and September 30, 2003. The model number can be found on a label located on the bottom of the seat. Following routine testing, a protrusion was found on the lower portion of the shield. Dorel Juvenile Group Canada believes that the protrusion does not constitute a safety risk. There have been no reported incidents or injuries. This public notice applies only to Canadian products.
